Request deletion of your data
Send a request from the email address connected with your account and tell us which service or account your request concerns. Use the subject Data deletion request.
We may ask for information needed to verify your identity. We will remove eligible data and confirm the outcome. Some records may need to be retained where required by law or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Option 02
Unsubscribe from email
Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any Weekly Letter or Theme Nights email. Your address will stop receiving that list, and a minimal suppression record may be retained so your choice is respected.
Option 03
Disconnect Instagram
A website administrator can open the CMS, choose Theme Nights or Academy, open Instagram feed, and select Disconnect. This removes the encrypted access token, account connection and locally cached Instagram images for that page.
You can also remove the app from the connected Instagram or Meta account settings. If you no longer have CMS access, use the deletion request above.
What to include
- Your name and the email address used with the service.
- The relevant teacher, studio, newsletter or Instagram account.
- Whether you want specific information removed or the account closed.
